ServiceNow NowAssist/AI Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow NowAssist/AI Developer to join a global customer on a 3-6 month contract. You will support and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on ChatBot/Virtual Agent, Now Assist and AI capabilities.

The role involves: designing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities across the platform; developing and deploying ServiceNow Virtual Agent (Chatbot) solutions, including conversational flows, topics and automated interactions; configuring and customising Now Assist functionality, including case summarisation, incident summarisation, AI Search and agent assistance; building and optimising chatbot workflows using Virtual Agent Designer, Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Flow Designer; implementing Now Assist and other AI features (case summarization, agent assist, AI search, routing/classification).

Required experience: 5+ years ServiceNow platform experience; strong Now Assist and Virtual Agent experience; hands-on technical development (scripting, flows, integrations) experience; experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and protocol.
