Eisen
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable SHE, HSE, or safety position
- Current and practical knowledge of ARIE legislation and Safety Management Systems
- Completed HBO level technical education supplemented with HVK
- Experience with Work Permits and risk assessment processes
- Able to communicate effectively from shop floor to management level
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
- Hands on and proactive working style
- Strong knowledge of relevant safety legislation and regulations
- Knowledge of TRA, LOTOTO, and LMRA
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The Company: A large international organization operating a complex production environment with a strong focus on operational safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. The site works with structured safety management processes and digital systems to maintain high standards across daily operations.
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SHE Specialist for a temporary assignment in Borculo. The main objective is to further develop and implement the Safety Management System, with particular attention to Work Permits, TRA, LOTOTO, LMRA, and ARIE requirements. You will work closely with operational departments and an external training supplier to develop procedures, work instructions, training materials, and practical implementation guidance.
Responsibilities: Further develop and implement the Safety Management System at the Borculo site; improve Work Permit processes, TRA, LOTOTO, and LMRA practices; support the use and improvement of the Unite X digital Work Permit system; develop safety training materials and OPLs together with the training supplier; provide practical guidance to employees during implementation; draft and implement ARIE related procedures and work instructions; work closely with departments to ensure safety procedures are practical and effective; engage stakeholders ranging from shop floor employees to management; support continuous improvement of SHE processes and safety standards.
Requirements: Completed HBO level technical education supplemented with HVK; minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable SHE, HSE, or safety position; current and practical knowledge of ARIE legislation and Safety Management Systems; strong knowledge of relevant safety legislation and regulations; experience with Work Permits and risk assessment processes; knowledge of TRA, LOTOTO, and LMRA; hands on and proactive working style; able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to communicate effectively from shop floor to management level; good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Unite X is an advantage.
