Eisen
- Bewezen vermogen om veiligheidsinitiatieven te leiden en een safety-first cultuur te beïnvloeden
- Sterke kennis van SHE-managementsystemen, risicobeoordelingen en veiligheidsaudits
- HBO of WO/Master diploma
- Ervaring met veiligheids- en milieumanagement in een industriële omgeving

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist. Company Overview: A Global leading international dairy company with a cooperative heritage spanning over 150 years. The company processes milk into a diverse range of dairy products and ingredients, offering consumers high-quality options such as milk, yogurt, condensed milk, dairy-based beverages, cheese, butter, quark, and cream. Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated HSE Specialist to join this dynamic manufacturing site. The role involves ensuring a safe and healthy workplace by supporting safety initiatives, managing risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across the site. The ideal candidate will be a proactive motivator, capable of engaging diverse teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities: Collaborate with operational teams to address various HSE topics, including machine safety, chemical safety, fire safety, and environmental permits. Manage and update emergency response plans, including coordinating the site's emergency response team. Support incident investigations and ensure proper follow-up on safety and environmental reports. Act as a key point of contact for safety compliance and improvements, providing expert advice to management and staff. Participate in a global HSE community, sharing best practices and new developments to continuously enhance safety standards on site. Requirements: HBO or WO/Master degree with substantial experience (typically 7+ years) or more than 10 years of relevant HSE experience. Strong knowledge of SHE management systems, risk assessments, and safety audits. Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and influence a safety-first culture. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, especially during operational hours, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Experience with safety and environmental management in an industrial setting is essential.
