About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead production operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team performance while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will coach team members, coordinate activities, and drive continuous improvement across the production environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise production teams during assigned shifts

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and operational standards

- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved

- Coordinate and prioritize technical activities to reduce downtime

- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions

- Take ownership of shift performance and operational results

- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to employees

- Ensure effective shift handovers and accurate documentation

- Support the development and revision of work instructions

- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism
