Our client is a leading international organization in the life sciences sector, focused on delivering high-quality products to patients worldwide. The site in Breda plays a key role in supply chain execution, product readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to support launches and ongoing product lifecycle activities. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain execution for product launches, variations, and ongoing lifecycle activities at site level. The role combines project management, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and operational discipline to ensure changes are implemented compliantly, on time, and with clear visibility across the organization. Key responsibilities include translating launch and lifecycle strategies into clear supply chain objectives, action plans, and timelines; owning and maintaining the end-to-end project plan; leading the Change Control process; tracking milestones and managing dependencies; facilitating Product Lifecycle Team meetings; coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, Production, Site Planning, Artwork, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Procurement; providing status updates, reports, and metrics; and identifying improvement initiatives. Requirements include degree-level education or equivalent experience, proven project management experience within supply chain or operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. This is a hybrid position with one mandatory on-site day per week in Breda (Tuesdays). Start Date: 8/21/2026.
