Site CSA Supervisor REF (DRWN)

We are looking for a Site Manager to support the delivery of a major High Voltage (HV) Substation EPC project in Winschoten. Working closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, and project teams, you will coordinate site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in substations, utilities, electrical infrastructure, or EPC projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily construction activities for HV substation and electrical infrastructure works, supervising subcontractors and ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards, monitoring site progress and resolving operational issues, coordinating engineering changes and technical requirements, managing site logistics and resource allocation, maintaining project documentation and site records, acting as a key interface between site teams, engineering, suppliers, subcontractors, and client representatives, and supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

The profile requires a Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; 3-5 years of experience within HV substations, power transmission & distribution, utilities, or electrical infrastructure projects; experience coordinating site activities, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams within EPC or construction environments; a good understanding of HV substation construction and engineering interfaces; familiarity with project documentation, reporting, planning, and progress tracking; knowledge of HSE and quality requirements; and strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
