Eisen
- Demonstrate extensive experience on DSV in a leadership role

Omschrijving
The vacancy concerns a Company Site Representative on board a Diving Support Vessel (DSV) or Cable Lay Vessel (CLV) in Qatar, offshore. The role is to represent the company as Site Representative during the execution phase, in coordination with the Company's Vessel Management Team, and to serve as the day-to-day interface with the EPC contractor's Offshore Construction Manager and craft labour. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with company specifications, procedures, risk assessments and plans; stewarding events from FRA/Risk Screening, HAZID/HIRA and safety meetings; acting as focal point between CPY's Production Operation and the Contractor during field execution, particularly for SIMOPS and PTW within 500m of CPY assets; and undertaking full oversight of the contractor's marine activities in collaboration with the CPY Marine Lead. The role also includes acting as COMPANY area operator for marine vessels and issuing ePTW. Essential skills and knowledge required: High School graduate; offshore training certifications from recognised industry accredited bodies; OPITO H2S and T-BOSIET; IMCA dive supervisor certificate; minimum 15 years offshore installation experience on DSVs with at least 5 years demonstrated experience as Offshore Construction Manager, CSR or DSV Superintendent; minimum 5 years' experience as a diver or dive supervisor (air or saturation); knowledge of installation of offshore facilities and execution methods of subsea structures by an installation vessel; demonstrated extensive experience on DSV in a leadership role; basic training or knowledge in Lifting, Rigging and Safety standards; fluent English; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. What is offered: a day rate in USD (all inclusive); work schedule of 12 hours per day, 28 days on / 28 days off; duration of 36 months with possible extension; location Qatar, offshore.
