Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor (CSA Fit-Out) vacancy for a large-scale construction project in the Netherlands. Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) fit-out works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining programme and quality standards across multiple work fronts.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site operations and subcontractor activities; coordinate CSA packages including drywall/partitioning, external wall systems, curtain walling, cladding, internal fit-out works; ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, RAMS, and project programme; conduct site inspections and quality checks; ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements; identify and resolve site issues proactively; report progress, delays, and resource requirements to the Site Manager or Project Manager; maintain site records and daily reports.

Requirements – Essential: Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Supervisor; strong background within CSA construction works; experience supervising subcontractors on-site; knowledge of drywall, cladding, curtain walling, façades, and fit-out packages; strong understanding of health & safety procedures; excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable: Experience on data centre projects; SMSTS or SSSTS certification; IPAF and/or MEWP certification. What's on Offer: Long-term contract opportunity; competitive day rate (up to €500 per day); opportunity to work on a major construction project; immediate start available; rotation 17/4.
