Sitecore Developer – Sitecore 10 XP & CMS

Our client, a prominent organization in the public transport sector, is looking for a Sitecore Developer to strengthen their web development team. The project focuses on crafting state-of-the-art, user-driven web platforms and ensuring seamless backend integration.

Responsibilities: Lead the development of intricate web platforms using Sitecore CMS to ensure high-quality user experiences and consistency. Oversee the evaluation and enhancement of platform performance to ensure smooth operation and high reliability. Collaborate with the backend team to integrate web platforms for consistent and real-time data exchange. Convert complex UI/UX designs into seamless web interfaces while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Lead the integration of current trends in Sitecore and web development to foster technical evolution. Set benchmarks using Sitecore-centric testing tools to ensure the reliability and performance of web platforms. Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise through transparent communication.

Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development, including a portfolio of web platforms. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore 10 XP with containers, analytics, and marketing forms. 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce context. 2+ years of experience in a public transport context. You possess experience with at least 2 Sitecore migrations or version update projects. You bring a solid understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and modern development principles.

You have experience working in Agile environments emphasizing collaboration and iterative growth. You're proactive, collaborative, and possess a mentoring spirit with strong communication skills. You have the willingness to be available on-demand (24/7) for production incidents. You are fluent in English at a C1 level.

Nice to Haves: Proven aptitude in performance optimization techniques across diverse web browsers and versions.

Offer: Start date: 01/01/2027.

Duration: Until 31/12/2028.

Work regime: Full-time.

Location: Brussels.

Working model: Hybrid (up to 5 days onsite based on project needs).
