Solution Architect (SAP)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (SAP) to design and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions within a complex enterprise environment. The assignment focuses on translating business objectives into sustainable architectures, delivering SAP-driven transformation outcomes, and guiding successful implementation across integrated systems. Our client is a large organisation operating within a complex enterprise environment, currently investing in digital transformation and the optimisation of business-critical technology platforms.

Job Description: Define target-state solution architectures aligned with business objectives; deliver scalable SAP solution designs across integrated landscapes; establish architectural roadmaps supporting future business growth; implement integration solutions using APIs and enterprise integration patterns; guide technology decision-making across SAP and connected platforms; ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and maintainability standards; facilitate architecture governance, design reviews, and risk assessments; identify and realise transformation opportunities that improve processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant: 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role; strong expertise in SAP environments, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and preferably SAP BTP; hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture; demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into sustainable technology solutions; experience developing architectural roadmaps and supporting digital transformation programmes; knowledge of architecture frameworks, governance models, and enterprise integration patterns; able to communicate in Dutch.
