Sourcing Procurement Manager (Contract) via Experis for a leading organization in the healthcare and supply chain industry. The role is hybrid from Irving TX, working a regular M-F 9-5 schedule. You will be part of the Procurement Department supporting strategic sourcing and category management initiatives. Responsibilities: support and lead sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ development, supplier coordination, and proposal evaluation; negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements; collaborate with Legal and Finance on contract drafting, review, and amendments; partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies; conduct market and supplier analysis for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; 7-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or professional services; hands-on experience with RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract execution; strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with procurement tools preferred.
