Omschrijving

A globally recognized FMCG organization operating within the food and nutrition industry. The company focuses on building sustainable supply chains, driving innovation, and delivering high quality products to consumers worldwide through strong supplier partnerships and strategic procurement practices. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join a global procurement team on an interim basis. This role focuses on managing dairy ingredient sourcing activities, securing supplier relationships, ensuring supply continuity, and driving value through strategic procurement initiatives. The successful candidate will quickly take ownership of sourcing activities and collaborate with international stakeholders across multiple regions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for dairy ingredient categories; Lead global tender and supplier selection processes; Negotiate contracts and secure supply volumes; Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance programs; Monitor commodity markets and pricing developments; Perform cost analysis and evaluate pricing impacts; Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation; Support supplier qualification and approval activities; Resolve supply chain and delivery related issues; Collaborate with internal stakeholders across procurement, operations, and business teams; Drive sustainability and risk mitigation initiatives within the supply base; Ensure continuity of procurement activities and operational support.
