Develop board- and executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision materials. Collaborate across functions to align stakeholders, manage risks, and accelerate strategic priorities.

Identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and value-creation initiatives. Lead cross-functional project teams while coaching and supporting junior team members. Monitor market trends, emerging risks, and competitive developments to inform future strategy. Act as a trusted strategic advisor, translating complex challenges into actionable recommendations and execution plans. Key qualifications and attributes: Master's degree with a strong academic track record. 6-10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, or a similar strategic role. Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities, particularly for executive and board-level audiences.

Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive, pragmatic, and results-driven, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and make things happen. Experience within retail, consumer, or other fast-moving commercial sectors is advantageous. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
