Omschrijving
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Structure Supervisor (Tank / Main Deck) to support a major FPSO project at TBY Yard. The successful candidate will oversee structural construction activities related to tank areas and main deck structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and schedule objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing fabrication, erection, and installation of tank and main deck structures; ensuring structural integrity and compliance with approved drawings; monitoring welding, fit-up, and dimensional control activities; coordinating with blasting, painting, and inspection teams; tracking work progress and supporting schedule achievement; and maintaining compliance with HSE requirements. Requirements include a diploma or equivalent technical qualification, minimum 5 years of structural supervision experience, strong understanding of tank construction, steel renewal, and deck outfitting works, and familiarity with classification society requirements. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of FPSO, offshore platform, or vessel conversion experience, proven experience in tank fabrication, steel renewal, and main deck construction activities, and experience working in shipyards or offshore fabrication facilities is preferred. The duration is 12 months, with a work schedule of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, and annual leave of 14 days. The closing date is September 03, 2026. This position is based at TBY Yard.
