Op zoek naar een ervaren SuccessFactors specialist die Core HR én data samenbrengt in een internationale omgeving. For an international organization in Zuid-Holland, I am looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Core HR & Data Lead. You will support and optimize the SuccessFactors environment, with a strong focus on Employee Central, HR data, reporting and data quality.
Tasks and responsibilities: Manage and optimize SuccessFactors Core HR processes; Deliver improvements in workflows, RBP, reporting and data; Coordinate incidents, changes and tickets; Perform HR data analysis and data quality checks using SQL; Develop HR reporting using SuccessFactors, SQL and Power BI; Work closely with international HR, IT and Data stakeholders.
Your Profile: 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience; Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Time-Off and Reporting; Advanced SQL skills and experience with Power BI; Experience with HR data and data quality; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Fluent in English.
Start: ASAP.
Location: Zuid-Holland.
Duration: 7 months with possibility of extension.
Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
Rate: Market competitive.
