Omschrijving
STAR Specialists is seeking a Supervisor Piping for an industrial project located in Zuid-Holland. Responsibilities include coordination and subcontractor management: supervising and guiding subcontractors for piping erection, organizing weekly meetings, attending client coordination meetings, reviewing execution methods with HSE and Construction Site Manager. Work progress and execution: developing and updating the detailed piping execution schedule, tracking progress, identifying deviations, reporting delays, conducting site inspections, analyzing technical difficulties and proposing solutions. Quality control and compliance: coordinating non-destructive testing, validating subcontractor procedures, preparing handover documentation, inspecting completed work and establishing snagging lists, and participating in pre-commissioning. Role guidelines: technical modifications must be approved by the Client's Site Manager and Project Engineer; financial impacts require prior approval. Requirements: a Master's degree in mechanical or piping engineering or equivalent, at least 10 years of experience in mechanical erection supervision on large-scale industrial projects, and strong soft skills including organization, planning, autonomy, rigor, communication, and teamwork.
