Omschrijving
Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical and biotechnology organization operating in a highly regulated GMP environment. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you are responsible for optimizing warehouse capacity planning and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives within a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities include maintaining and validating warehouse capacity, inventory, and storage data; analyzing warehouse utilization and identifying capacity risks; developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and supply chain KPIs; supporting warehouse planning, inventory management, and material flow; collaborating with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, QA, QC, MSAT, and Engineering teams; ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, GxP, and internal quality standards; supporting batch traceability, inventory reconciliation, CAPA, deviations, and audit readiness; driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis; and presenting analytical insights to support business decisions. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing environments; strong knowledge of SAP (MM/WM/EWM) and warehouse or inventory management; proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, Excel, and Microsoft Office; understanding of end-to-end supply chain, warehouse operations, and capacity planning; knowledge of GMP, GDP, GxP, Data Integrity, CAPA, Deviations, and Change Control; familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, and RCA methodologies; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience working in international, cross-functional teams is preferred.
