Supply Chain Consultant – Supply Chain & Forecasting

Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is looking for a hands-on consultant to bridge the gap between business, supply chain, data, and technology. The role focuses on transforming fragmented operational data and legacy models into a robust analytical framework for advanced forecasting and scenario planning.

Responsibilities include: analyzing existing data sources and complex spreadsheets at a granular level to extract underlying business logic; consolidating and structuring fragmented data into a performant, reusable data model; designing the functional and data architecture for future-proof analytical solutions and documenting them in blueprints; translating predictive models and scenario analyses into practical tools for business users; collaborating closely with supply chain experts, data engineers, and key stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions; and developing forecasting solutions that allow for proactive volume and capacity planning.

Requirements: 4+ years of experience in complex project environments involving multiple stakeholders; 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, including the deep analysis of Excel models and business logic; experience in Supply Chain management and Forecasting; experience with Data Governance and the interpretation of Data Models; strong communication skills; native speaker of Dutch.

Nice to haves: experience with Databricks, knowledge of formal project methodologies, experience within the energy sector, experience drafting functional blueprints.
