We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support global import and export operations within a GMP/GDP-regulated environment. In this role, you will coordinate international shipments, manage order execution, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain an efficient and compliant supply chain. Responsibilities: Process customer orders and manage import/export documentation. Coordinate international shipments and monitor deliveries. Resolve transportation, service, and logistics-related issues. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Support order-to-cash activities and maintain accurate ERP records. Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and company procedures. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance. Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support cross-functional projects and supply chain planning activities. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment. Experience with import/export operations, logistics, and order management. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
