Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to manage import and export activities within the supply chain team. The role involves ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of pharmaceutical products across borders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Process daily supply orders to ensure timely distribution of pharmaceutical products globally. Handle import and export documentation accurately and efficiently. Book, track, and monitor shipments, proactively addressing potential issues. Resolve service and transportation problems as they arise. Manage return processes and coordinate with third-party logistics providers. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as distributors and affiliates. Maintain compliance with GMP/GDP standards and keep job-related training up to date. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and support ongoing KPI measurement. Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute ideas for operational enhancements. Support disaster recovery planning in partnership with other departments. Ensure all orders are processed according to customer specifications and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with at least 2 years of supply chain experience in a regulated environment (GMP/GDP). Strong computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
