Supply Chain Coordinator Export & Import Operations

Role Description: We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and coordinate international supply chain activities related to export and import processes. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless movement of pharmaceutical products across borders, maintaining compliance, and supporting the company’s global distribution network.

Responsibilities: - Manage the processing of supply orders daily, ensuring accurate and timely execution. - Handle export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Book and monitor shipments, proactively addressing any issues that may arise. - Coordinate and resolve service and transportation issues efficiently. - Oversee and execute the return process for goods as necessary. - Collaborate closely with third-party logistics providers, internal teams, and external customers such as affiliates and distributors. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders involved in the supply chain.

Requirements: - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in supply chain management within a GMP/GDP regulated environment. - Strong ability to multitask and work effectively within an international team. - Proficiency in computer systems and ERP software. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. - Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail. - Familiarity with import/export documentation and logistics processes. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
