Supply Chain Deployment Lead, Amersfoort, Utrecht. Sector: Food. Start Date: 7/22/2026. A leading organization focused on transforming its global supply chain operations is seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Deployment Lead to oversee the implementation of a next-generation planning tool within a major supply chain transformation project. The successful candidate will manage the deployment of supply planning processes on a global scale, ensuring smooth adoption of innovative ways of working that drive end-to-end supply chain visibility and planning synchronization. Responsibilities include leading the deployment of the new supply planning tool and associated processes across the global supply chain organization, including supply planning, detailed scheduling, and MRP; collaborating closely with a cross-functional core project team comprising experts from Operational Excellence, IT, and Program Management, as well as regional deployment teams; serving as the primary link between local deployment teams and the central project team; preparing, facilitating, and overseeing all deployment activities; managing change effectively by engaging stakeholders; driving continuous improvement initiatives; promoting stakeholder engagement and motivation; and traveling to various locations for deployment activities. Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, proven experience in supply chain planning, demand, or supply planning, strong understanding of supply chain processes and concepts, experience managing end-to-end implementation projects (preferably in supply chain or ERP systems), excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, multicultural environment, willingness to travel internationally, and leadership experience including team management and driving engagement.
