Omschrijving
Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Supply Chain Development Manager to lead cross-functional teams driving critical end-to-end supply chain development and deliver successful global market launches for pharmaceutical products. The SCD team is responsible for developing and implementing efficient, robust and compliant end-to-end supply chains for new products, ensuring successful global market launches by coordinating key functional group activities. The role supports SCD Leaders in executing specific projects, including managing ERP system and master data setup, overseeing packaging and mock-up development for regulatory filing, conducting distribution storage and transportation risk assessments, and leading product launch. Responsibilities include: collaborate with cross-functional NPI team to ensure E2E financial and system flows are developed and ERP system is set up (including SAP, financial flows, code creation, regulatory submissions); responsible for NPI Finished Goods SKU creation in ERP; lead E2E distribution assessment; coordinate between Deliver, Transportation and Value chain team; develop and track packaging mock-up development plan; support general launch execution; continuously improve and standardize SCD processes; develop project intake, reporting and communication processes; attend SCD Community of practice. Requirements: Scientific/Technical Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master preferred; Preferred area of study: Business, Pharma, Science/Engineering or other Technical Degrees; 6 years in Manufacturing Supply Chain with minimum 2+ years recent pharmaceutical industry experience (may be flexible); ideally NPI launch experience; preferred related industry experience: pharmaceutical supply chain; excellent influencing and communication skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in matrix environment; strong project management skills; ability to build cross-functional action plans; assess risks and mitigation; autonomous and proactive; experience in regional/global setting or large-scale transformation required; in-depth understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain; ERP knowledge preferred; excellent English verbal and written communication skills; APICS, Process Excellence, or PMP/FPX certification helpful. Details: This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. Contract initially runs for 12 months. It is a remote position but open to hybrid if close to site.
