Profiel van de geschikte interim professional: Bachelor's degree in logistics, economics, information technology or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in international supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP (especially OTC and PTS modules); solid grasp of end-to-end supply chain operations, digital supply chain tooling and EDI communication techniques; experience managing cross-cultural teams across different geographies; proven project management and business ownership skills; strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities; fluent command of English, both written and spoken.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: The specialist supports global digital supply chain projects and acts as a key contact for systems and process improvements in the OTC and PTS areas. Offer daily operational support for ERP systems across OTC and PTS processes, including access management, troubleshooting and training. Help implement global digital supply chain initiatives such as ERP and EDI systems. Keep master data in ERP systems updated for sales views and product launches.

Monitor and report on the progress of global supply chain projects. Lead or contribute to process improvement projects, including gathering requirements, running user acceptance tests and documenting changes. Oversee small-scale system improvements and keep departmental SOPs, work instructions and training materials up to date. Act as subject matter expert for PTS and OTC processes within cross-functional teams including compliance and quality. Contribute to business cases and project charters for ERP system improvements.

Drive continuous process improvements across multiple supply chain initiatives.
