Omschrijving
A leading biotechnology company dedicated to serving patients worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clinical Supply Chain Associate. The organization operates a global supply chain network, manufacturing and distributing medicines and clinical research products. In this role, you will oversee the efficient and compliant distribution of investigational products to clinical sites around the world, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include: managing sales orders and stock transfer order processes; reviewing and monitoring temperature data and handling temperature excursions; controlling site and transit temperature deviations, including returns and reconciliation; supporting expiry relabeling activities and overseeing import license processes; handling and resolving distribution complaints efficiently; ensuring compliant and timely delivery of investigational products to clinical sites; collaborating with customer service, supply chain teams, QA, warehouses, and logistics partners; maintaining accurate documentation and tracking key performance indicators. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field; at least 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in a regulated environment; strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical supplies; proficiency in English, both written and spoken; experience with ERP systems; skilled in Microsoft Office and automated business systems.
