Supply Chain Project Lead – Product Launch & Lifecycle Management

A leading global pharmaceutical company dedicated to innovation and excellence in healthcare is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Project Lead to oversee product launch operations and lifecycle activities within the company's Breda site. The role involves managing cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance, and supporting timely delivery of new products and product variations. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining the Change Control Management system related to product launches, variations, and lifecycle activities; facilitating Product Lifecycle Team (PLT) meetings and supporting the development of project plans; leading specific supply chain projects such as SKU rationalization, packaging updates, and new configuration implementations; owning the end-to-end project plan for product launches; coordinating with internal stakeholders such as QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Artwork, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Procurement; tracking and reporting on progress; and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher with 3-5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1-3 years, or a PhD with minimal experience; proven project management experience in a regulated environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with one mandatory onsite day per week at the Breda facility (every Tuesday).
