Supply / Demand Planner

Our client is a fast-paced manufacturing organisation with multiple production sites and a strong focus on reliable supply and efficient operations. The planning team works closely with plant stakeholders to ensure customer demand is translated into a realistic, high-quality production plan. We are looking for a Central Supply Planning Specialist to provide interim support within a central planning team. The Central Supply Planning Specialist will own the weekly supply planning for several production sites and will translate demand into a practical production plan, balancing high customer service levels with efficient factory output.

Responsibilities: Own the weekly planning cycle for multiple production plants (typically 3–5 sites). Translate demand into weekly production plans and align these with plant capabilities and constraints. Review prior-week production performance and convert learnings into updated weekly planning buckets. Switch comfortably between short-term operational priorities and mid-term planning horizons (weeks up to roughly a year ahead). Challenge and align with plant stakeholders to reach the best possible plan and drive clarity in decision-making.

Support continuous improvement in planning ways of working, reporting, and data quality where needed. Temporary Full-Time Contract (4 Months) - (1-2 days Remote).

Requirements: HBO degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration. 1–5 years of relevant planning experience (junior to mid-level). Strong data skills and Excel capability. Comfortable communicating with and challenging stakeholders to reach the best supply plan. Fluent in Dutch and English. Experience with Slim4 (SlimStock) is a plus.

Other Information: The role is based on-site and requires close collaboration with the central planning team and plant contacts.
