Support Engineer – Azure & Entra ID

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Support Engineer to join their specialized service desk. This role focuses on resolving incidents and managing technical changes within security, privacy, and identity access management domains.

Responsibilities include: resolving incidents, information requests, and service requests within security, privacy, and IAM environments; executing technical configurations and managing changes for infrastructure and account management teams; developing, monitoring, and maintaining security and privacy policies, standards, and operational procedures; collaborating with stakeholders to provide technical support for onboarding and offboarding processes; and supporting the Infrastructure and DevOps teams in technical maintenance and project realization.

Requirements include 3+ years experience in technical configuration and management within Azure, 3+ years experience with technical configuration of Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD beyond basic access management, 3+ years experience in IT networking (IP addresses, subnets, firewalls, routing, DNS), practical experience with Azure DevOps and PKI, experience developing automations in PowerShell, solid understanding of ITIL, AZ-900 certification, proactive and independent with strong teamwork, and fluency in English (C1) with C1 level in Dutch or French.

Nice to haves include relevant experience in the Belgian energy market, 3+ years with Office 365, knowledge of ServiceNow or TOPdesk, certifications like MS-500, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-300, SC-900, and knowledge of both Dutch and French. The offer includes a start date of 10/12/2026, duration of 24 months, full-time work regime, location in Brussels, and contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
