Our client, an international organization in Brussels, is looking for 2 experienced Support Engineers to join its operational Helpdesk team.
Your responsibilities: provide L1/L2 support for workstations, PCs, phones, and office IT; handle incidents and requests via phone, email, and helpdesk; troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support end users; work autonomously while collaborating with an international team.
Your profile: 5–10 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk; strong L1/L2 troubleshooting skills; fluent in English and Dutch OR French; autonomous, proactive, and highly motivated; comfortable working in an international environment.
Details: Brussels, 4 days on-site, 1 day remote possible, 12-month contract + potential extensions, ASAP start, 2 positions available.
