Omschrijving
Our client, an international organization in Brussels, is looking for 2 experienced Support Engineers to join its operational Helpdesk team. Responsibilities include providing L1/L2 support for workstations, PCs, phones, and office IT; handling incidents and requests via phone, email, and helpdesk; troubleshooting hardware/software issues and supporting end users; working autonomously while collaborating with an international team. The ideal profile requires 5–10 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk, strong L1/L2 troubleshooting skills, fluency in English and Dutch OR French, autonomy, proactivity, high motivation, and comfort in an international environment. The role is based in Brussels with a hybrid working arrangement: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote possible.
