Our client is a global, technology-driven organization focused on developing complex, high-quality products in a regulated environment. The teams combine innovation with strong engineering discipline, working across the full product lifecycle from early development through to deployment, operations, and end-of-life. We are looking for a Systems Engineer – Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to support R&D teams in developing and maintaining SysML-based system models, ensuring strong requirements traceability and improving engineering practices. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and architects while supporting MBSE standards, best practices, and wider adoption. Responsibilities: Apply MBSE methods across R&D projects; develop and maintain system and subsystem models using SysML; ensure requirements, structure, behaviour, and traceability are well connected; support model validation, reviews, standards, and best practices; work closely with senior systems engineers and architects; support MBSE onboarding, knowledge sharing, and coaching; contribute across the product lifecycle from development to maintenance. Requirements: 4–7 years of R&D experience; regulated industry experience preferred; strong systems engineering background in requirements, risk, and design control; hands-on MBSE and SysML experience; experience with Cameo/MagicDraw at model-author level; knowledge of model quality, validation, and reviews; BSc/MSc in Software, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar; strong communication skills and fluent English.
