Team Lead Operations English

Functie: As a Team Lead Operations, you will be responsible for: Planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse activities aimed at delivering the highest possible level of service to the customer. Working closely with your colleagues and the Control Room to make the right decisions for an optimal end-to-end process. Managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating the employees within your team. Making improvement proposals regarding logistics processes.

Maintaining close contact with the Operational Support departments (strong communication skills required). Working according to Lean principles, having knowledge of 5S, and being involved in HR-related matters (sick leave management, development discussions, etc.). Reporting on the actual deployment of personnel, equipment, and resources, and advising the Operations Manager accordingly.
