Job Description: As a Team Lead Operations, you will be responsible for: planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse activities aimed at delivering the highest possible level of service to the customer; working closely with your colleagues and the Control Room to make the right decisions for an optimal end-to-end process; managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating the employees within your team; making improvement proposals regarding logistics processes; maintaining close contact with the Operational Support departments (strong communication skills required); working according to Lean principles, having knowledge of 5S, and being involved in HR-related matters (sick leave management, development discussions, etc.); reporting on the actual deployment of personnel, equipment, and resources, and advising the Operations Manager accordingly.
