Omschrijving
The Technical Coordinator (Quality) provides technical support and coordination for the Trains 4&6 Restoration Project Quality team. The role coordinates efficient inspection resource allocation via Request for Inspection (RFI) coordination and produces project RFI reporting metrics. Responsibilities include supporting the Quality Team in coordinating all aspects of the RFI Verification program, coordinating site inspection workflow from Contractor databases, maintaining and analyzing Quality Deficiency Control data, contributing to reports and presentations, anticipating and resolving RFI issues, coordinating logistical and administrative activities, acting as a quality team focal point for timesheets and overtime, coordinating inspections with site leaders, and supporting document control on SharePoint. Essential skills and knowledge include a High School (Year 12) Certificate or higher, 8 years of broad experience with projects and worldwide contractors and vendors, proficient English, advanced keyboard and PC skills, advanced software knowledge, knowledge of financial and budgetary processes, well-developed interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, ethics and integrity, teamwork, and communication. The offer includes a day rate in USD plus allowance, a work schedule of 10 hours per day for 6 days, and a duration of 36 months with possible extension. The location is Qatar. Closing date is September 17, 2026.
