Technical Lead – .NET & Angular

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is looking for a technical lead to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions. The role involves driving the development of digital platforms while coaching multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical excellence across the full stack.

Responsibilities: Lead the development and evolution of digital platforms and applications for public service processes. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical architectures. Coach and mentor developers within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality software delivery. Execute complex programming tasks including coding, testing, and debugging with high proficiency. Take a leading role in Agile development ceremonies and the implementation of methodologies.

Collaborate directly with stakeholders, product owners, and business leads to align technical solutions with project goals. Design and integrate REST APIs and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.

Requirements: 5+ years experience in .NET development, including C# and ASP.NET. 5+ years experience in frontend development using Angular. 5+ years experience in backend development with Node.js. 3+ years experience with React for web application development. Experience serving as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or technical responsible in complex environments. Proven expertise in REST APIs and the integration of external systems. Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB in production environments.

Proficiency in version control using Git within Agile development teams. Strong experience in stakeholder management and direct alignment with business owners. You are native in Dutch.

Nice to Haves: Experience within the public sector. Knowledge of Microservices architecture and GraphQL. Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Bamboo. Familiarity with Authentication and Authorization systems like OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, or ACM/IDM. Experience with Elasticsearch, React Native, and automated testing tools like Jest or Mocha.

Offer: Start date: 20/10/2026.

Duration: project until 31/12/2027.

Work regime: Full-time.

Location: Antwerp.

Working model: Hybrid.

Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
