Omschrijving
The client is seeking a dedicated Test Engineer to join their team. As a Test Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the verification and validation of complex robotic systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and technical skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive test strategies for complex robotic systems (ensuring compliance with product requirements and regulatory standards), authoring and managing verification plans, protocols, test cases, traceability matrices, and summary reports, ensuring traceability across requirements and test protocols to support regulatory submissions and audits, coordinating with lab management on resource availability, and identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using tools like JIRA. Required experience includes 3+ years in medical device verification & validation testing, familiarity with tools such as Jira, Cockpit, Windchill or other requirements/test management tools, outstanding communication and coaching skills, strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe and SCRUM, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
