Test Manager – Credit Rating Assessment Programme

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join the Credit Rating Assessment Programme. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of defining and executing testing strategies for large-scale programmes involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholders within a regulated environment. Experience in banking, credit risk, or rating model implementations is highly desirable. Who are you?

Experience: Demonstrated experience in setting up and executing testing strategies within large-scale programmes involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholders. Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Experience with risk-based testing and coordinating testing across complex systems and business processes. Experience with end-to-end testing, technical testing, and business acceptance testing.

Experience in credit risk programmes or rating model implementations is highly desirable.

Profile: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business users, Product Owners, and senior management. Able to understand business processes and translate functional requirements into appropriate testing approaches. Structured and organised, with the ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams. Proactive in monitoring progress, identifying testing needs, and ensuring that deliverables are completed.

Comfortable steering overarching testing activities while supporting and aligning individual delivery teams.
