Eisen

The role of Transition Manager is for a project in the renewable energy sector, based in Rotterdam (Zuid-Holland).

The responsibilities include: developing and maintaining the Operational Readiness Programme and Roadmap for the implementation of future on-site operations organization and delivery model; translating the operational concept, operating model and service contracts into operational processes, procedures, work instructions, governance structures and readiness requirements; defining operational readiness criteria, acceptance criteria, competency requirements, training programmes and go-live requirements for all operational activities; coordinating and driving readiness activities across the full operational value chain, including Connecting Services, Maintenance, Incident Management, terminal operators and other service providers; supporting the development and implementation of the operational ramp-up plan, ensuring the operating organization is prepared to scale in line with the phased deployment of services; leading operational readiness requirements for operational systems, monitoring tools and management information; identifying operational risks, dependencies and interface requirements, ensuring mitigation actions are implemented and operational interfaces are clearly defined, tested and accepted; and preparing and facilitating operational validation, readiness reviews, operational acceptance, executive go/no-go decision-making and the controlled handover of assets.

The requirements are: a minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Technical Engineering, Asset Management, Maritime, Energy, Operations, Logistics or related disciplines; at least 7 years of experience in major infrastructure, energy, industrial or maritime projects; experience in operational readiness, transition management, or operational start-up programmes within a maritime, port, terminal, or other asset-intensive environment (strongly preferred); experience with asset-intensive environments and operational organisations; knowledge of governance, risk management, safety and operational performance management; strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align multiple parties around a shared objective; and a structured, pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset.
