Volledige omschrijving
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to play a key role in designing intuitive and user-friendly digital solutions within a multidisciplinary product team. The team consists of Product Owners, Program Managers, Full Stack Developers, Test Specialists, AI Developers and other digital experts. Responsibilities include gathering, analysing and interpreting user needs and translating them into interaction models, user flows and functional designs; designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications; applying established UX/UI patterns; setting up, conducting and analysing usability tests; collaborating closely with Product Owners and Developers; working within an existing design team; contributing to design systems; managing stakeholders within a large and complex organisation; creating responsive designs; designing content-driven pages; and supporting implementation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript where required.
Required experience: minimum 5 years as a UX Designer, proven experience with responsive web and mobile interfaces, strong knowledge of usability principles and UX patterns, proven experience with usability testing and user research, experience with design systems, experience in Agile environments within large or complex organisations, strong stakeholder management, experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision or similar, proven experience with content design, and practical knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Tools & Technologies: Figma, hands-on experience with AI tools preferably Claude, Jira, Confluence, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision or comparable design tools, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Languages: Dutch CEFR level C2 required; knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.
Profile: a hands-on UX professional who combines strong design skills with user research, stakeholder management and close collaboration with technical teams, comfortable in a structured Agile environment.
