Windows & macOS Workplace Engineer

This is a 36-hour-per-week assignment starting 16 November 2026 and ending 31 December 2027, with extension possible. ZZP is allowed and the work is hybrid. The candidate must live in the Netherlands. The role of Domain Expert for Software Development Workspace Setup & Controls is responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing developer workstation environments across Windows and macOS platforms, ensuring that development workspaces are secure, compliant, standardized, automated, and capable of supporting modern software engineering practices.

The goal is to achieve a set of approved and controlled developer applications on both Windows and macOS, ensuring no other software runs on the end user workstation, whether virtual (W365) or physical (laptops). Required experience includes software engineering, endpoint engineering, or workplace technology domains; managing developer environments in enterprise organizations; and implementing enterprise-scale developer workstation standards and controls.
