AI Engineer / Data Scientist

We are looking for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist in full remote to develop and enhance an intelligent matching engine that connects job seekers' profiles with relevant job opportunities and training programmes. The solution will be integrated into the organisation's Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and progressively replace existing matching tools. Key responsibilities include designing, developing and improving AI-powered matching, scoring and recommendation algorithms using Python; building data ingestion and processing pipelines using Microsoft Fabric; implementing semantic search and indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search; leveraging Azure AI Foundry to develop and deploy AI solutions; implementing fuzzy matching, reranking and recommendation mechanisms; deploying applications using Docker, Azure App Service and CI/CD pipelines; developing APIs and connectors for integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business applications; ensuring data quality, security, monitoring and regulatory compliance; designing and executing tests to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of matching results; and supporting production deployments, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required skills include Python, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Semantic Search & Indexing, Fuzzy Matching, Docker, Azure App Service, API Development & Integration, and CI/CD and Cloud Deployment. The role requires 6 months to 10 years of experience.

Languages: French or Dutch with active working proficiency; English is nice to have.
