Business Analist

This is a contract position for a seasoned Business Analyst specializing in Change Management on behalf of a client in the Insurance industry. The client is a leading player in the Insurance sector, renowned for their forward-thinking approach and commitment to incorporating cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. They are currently undergoing significant digital transformation and require a skilled Business Analyst to aid in their Change Management department.

Responsibilities include analyzing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement within digital transformation, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, providing strategic business analysis and insights, developing project plans and overseeing execution, and supporting the integration of new technology solutions by coordinating with IT and operational teams.

Key skills required: demonstrable experience in business analysis within digital transformation projects, strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, excellent communication/negotiation/stakeholder management skills, proven ability to develop detailed project documentation and analytics, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a contract position located in the Change Management department of an industry-leading insurance provider.
