- Proven Business Analyst experience in a card/payments environment
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian card payments market
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Meer dan 5 jaar ervaring

- Experience as a Product Owner or within Agile frameworks
- Exposure to Wero, digital wallets, and card system architecture
- French and/or Dutch
Volledige omschrijving
Context: Card Payments Team within a Belgian bank. Modernization and enhancement of card products and services.
Work arrangements: Full-time, 2 to 3 days of remote per week.
Key responsibilities: Incident analysis and identification of areas for improvement; Assessment of change requests, business requirements, and acceptance criteria; Definition of scope, target operating model, and business-to-IT interfaces; End-to-end implementation tracking up to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Required skills and experience: Proven Business Analyst experience in a card/payments environment - Must have; Strong knowledge of the Belgian card payments market - Must have; Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Must have; French and/or Dutch - Nice to have; Experience as a Product Owner or within Agile frameworks - Nice to have; Exposure to Wero, digital wallets, and card system architecture - Nice to have.
