Senior Functional Analyst – Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to support the analysis and improvement of business processes within a large public-sector healthcare and social security environment. You will be involved from the early stages of projects, documenting the current and future state of business processes, facilitating workshops, gathering information and producing the functional deliverables required to define and implement solutions.
Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with Business stakeholders. Understand, analyse and map business processes. Describe and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes. Gather, analyse and structure business and functional requirements. Produce clear documentation that can be directly used by analysts and implementation teams. Ensure throughout the project that the implemented solution remains aligned with the solution agreed with the Business.
Work across different departments and assess the broader organisational impact of proposed decisions and solutions.
