Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of business-critical projects across HR, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain. What will you be doing? Lead stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive progress. Analyse and document existing processes where documentation is currently limited. Clarify unclear requirements, identify gaps, and help prevent project bottlenecks. Work across multiple business functions in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Produce clear process maps, requirements documentation, and recommendations. What do you need? Strong Business Analysis experience with a proven track record of delivery. Comfortable working in transversal roles. French or Dutch Speaking. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to drive discussions, challenge assumptions, and bring clarity to evolving situations. Experience across multiple business domains is advantageous.
Vereist: 5 jaar ervaring, Engels en (Frans of Nederlands).
