HR Business Partner EUV Factory at ASML in Veldhoven. You will serve as the strategic and operational HR partner for a large and complex business area with a significant senior management population. As a member of the department's leadership team, you will work closely with business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies and HR solutions.
Responsibilities include: People Strategy & Agenda, Workforce Planning, HR Processes, Projects & Programs, Workforce & Talent Management, Team, Leadership & Employee Development, Organization Design & Change Management, HR Data Analytics & Insights, Internal Stakeholder Management, and Employee Relations.
About the company: ASML is a successful Dutch high-tech enterprise that produces complex lithography systems used by chip manufacturers, headquartered in Veldhoven.
What you bring: proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex and dynamic environment, broad knowledge across all key HR disciplines, experience with senior leadership teams and complex stakeholder groups, strong capabilities in leadership development, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management, experience leading or contributing to HR projects and transformation initiatives, experience handling complex employee relations cases and compliance-related matters, and the ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities.

Offer: You will be contracted by YER and work at ASML. Contract for 32-40 hours a week, salary range starting at €6,800 gross per month, 25 vacation days with option to buy more, 8.33% holiday allowance, travel expenses, e-learning, pension.
